Chrome OS is basically a web browser, so you'd need a browser-based equivalent of Couchbase Lite. Currently that's PouchDB. It's based on the CouchDB architecture, like Couchbase Lite, so it's compatible.

I'm pretty sure there's no way to run any type of server software in the sandbox of Chrome OS, even using NaCl.
