Updated Couchbase Lite Android projects for Android Studio 1.0

Hi everyone,

Today is a glorious day -- Android studio 1.0 has been released!

I went ahead and updated all of the projects + sample projects to be compatible.  If you run into any errors or see any projects I missed, please let me know.

The only thing I'm currently stuck on is the ability to import couchbase-lite-android-liteserv into Android Studio.  I've posted a question on adt-dev, so please check it out in case you know the answer.
