Couch Db and Couch Base Lite Syncing Data to Android App, List view not refreshing sometime With LiveQuery -- Changed Method not calling

"I am new to couchDB and trying to pull the data from CouchDB to My Devices using CouchSync Gateway. i achieved 80% success ration that out of 10 , 8 times my data synchronized and i got the data on my other devices, but can i raise to 100%. is their any way or any settings that can help me out."

let me describe in detail 

I have more than 5 Device to testing every time 5 out of 3 device get refresh list data but 2 device data not got refresh. 

i Deabug the code  and then i got some time LiveQuery's Chang method not calling.  

please help in this. thanks in advance.
