Error updating CBForest submodule

I am having a problem updating to the latest source commit, because I cannot update the CBForest submodule. I receive the following error:

Cloning into 'vendor/CBForest'...

fatal: reference is not a tree: 77aa90d3212260c89eddaf3900ce275b699f5613

Unable to checkout '77aa90d3212260c89eddaf3900ce275b699f5613' in submodule path 'vendor/CBForest'

I tried deleting my workspace and downloading a fresh copy, but it still gives the above error.

Sorry, forgot to push the latest CBForest commit. Try it again. (You’ll have to use the --recursive flag when updating submodules, because ForestDB itself is updated too.)
