Is the replication slower with several channels?

Hi

I'm using Couchbase Lite for objective-c. I had a sync replication with one channel but recently I modify this to a 3 channel replication.

I have notice that the replication is now doing more slowly? Does anyone knows if this is normal?

It shouldn’t be … SG might take a bit longer finding the new/changed documents, but most of the time in replication is spent downloading the docs, which wouldn’t be any different.

Maybe replication just takes longer because there are more docs being synced now?
