Ive been able to use adb forwarding to connect to Couchbase Lite running on an Android device for testing using Postman inside Chrome. Is there a way to do the same for iOS devices?

Safari on desktop has a Develop that will list your Simulator (or iOS web view if your phone is connected). You can connect to that to see console.log statements from your JS app, etc.
