Hierarchical Tags

Wondering how this work.

If I want a hierarchy like A::B::C do I need to have three individual tags A, B, and C created already?

I assume this allows me then to find cards for:

1. A::B::C

2. A

3. B 

4. C

Hi,

No, you don't need to create them beforehand.

In your example, all Bs will automatically be As.

Just try it out and look in the card browser :-)

Thanks Peter. I thought I had to have cards created with the individual tags first before using the hierarchical set with a new card. Got it now. Thanks.
