2.2.1 Cannot change Cloze deletion card type to Cloze clone card type

If I select one or more Cloze deletion type cards in the card browser and wish to change them to a Cloze deletion clone, the Change Card Type dialog lists only NON-Cloze card types. This means that I cannot make this change directly from the card browser. Instead, each Cloze deletion card must be opened individually, and the card type changed in the Card Type box, where Cloze clones are listed. (version 2.2.1)

I suspect the reason for this is that changing a NON-Cloze card type to a Cloze deletion type requires the user to specify whether the front or the back of the original card will be used as the text of the new Cloze deletion card -- and preventing this from the card browser avoids the possibility of making this change for multiple cards at a time. However, this should not be a problem in changing a Cloze deletion card to a cloned Cloze deletion.

Wish: Allow changing Cloze deletion cards to Cloze deletion clones directly in the card browser.
