Creating new account

Hi,

I would like to synchronize my Mnemosyne with my mobile application, so in order to do this, I was trying to register on Mnemosyne website. I did it 5 days ago, however I still sis not receive any e-mail with what I should do next. Can you please help me, as I can not find any contact to administrator?

Hi,

You don’t need an account on our website for this, the sync server is the Mnemosyne application running on your desktop.

Hi,

I was trying to synchronise it many times like this and it unfortunatelly does not work. I am not sure if it is something connected with the brand of my phone - Samsung?

Could you be a bit more specific about what goes wrong? E.g., what you tried, what messages you got, etc…
