New to Mnemosyne

Hello All:
Used to use Supermemo years ago and now thinking of starting to use SRS again so thinking of Mnemosyne.

Any recommendations in terms of synching between devices (laptop, tablet, and maybe Android phone)? For example what about storing the database on Dropbox or is there a preferred/best method people have found given that the software is out for quite a while now.
