Please delete C:\users\max\AppData\Roaming\Mnemosyne\config and then update to the release candidate of 2.3 to prevent this error from reoccurring:

http://users.ugent.be/~pbienst/pub/mnemosyne-2.3-RC1-setup.exe

Thank you,

I got it to open, but it reverted back to a much older 'history' of my database.

I think you mentioned that Mnemosyne automatically creates backups. In my 'backups' folder, however, the latest backup I have is from Feb 2013. Am I looking in the wrong folder?

Thanks again,

Jeremy

Worked perfectly. Thanks!

I assume you're looking in the wrong place, which is probably why
deleting the config did not work.

I forgot you're on a USB key, so make sure to look there, as well as
in any folder named 'backups' you can find on any of your drives.

Good luck!

Peter
