Hi,

Is there a way I can set the Front language to Greek letters instead of having to switch to Greek Keyboard every time I type the Front of the Card, then back to English Keyboard when I go to the meaning?

I tried the options for the font, I can change the font type and size, but every time I change to writing style to Greek, and ok it, I come back to see it and it's back to Any.

Thanks for your help, and for making such an excellent software.

You're not talking about font, but about input method / keyboard layout. I'm afraid this is set by the OS and beyond Mnemosyne's control...

Peter,

Thanks for answering. That's right I am speaking about using by default the Greek keyboard for the text in the front of the card.

A software used for text editing called Unicorn does something similar,by using switching from English to either Latin or Greek keyboards, this done by ctrl+g or esc twice, it toggles to the foreign language keyboard. So I thought may be Mnemosyne will have something similar.

It would have been great to have a default keyboard setup, but even if it doesn't I still find it a very useful program that is helping me a lot.

Regards,

Pigimi.

Hi,

Not sure about Unicorn, but Mnemosyne works on Windows, Linux and Mac which makes accessing os functionality in a cross platform way harder...
