Just downloaded version for Mac. Where are cards?

I just downloaded the Mac version. Can open it and see frame, etc., but no actual content. Where are the cards? Do they have to be downloaded separately? If so, how? Doesn't discuss this in Documentation--makes it sound as though cards should have been included in download. Thanks for help.

You decide what you want to learn, so you need to add cards for yourself or import them.

You can download *.cards files from our website, and then import them using
'file' 'import'. However, in many cases it's best to create cards yourself.
