Can 'Did You Know' tips be disabled?

I keep getting Did You Know tips popping up when I add or edit new cards. Is there a way to turn this off? The dialog window does not have a checkbox to disable the tips nor is there an option in settings that I can see.

The tips don't show up every time I add or edit, but they show up often enough to be a bit of an annoyance.

Hi,

These tips contain vital information that users otherwise typically miss, so I don't want to disable them.

But don't fear: once you've seen one of these context-sensitive popups, it will never reappear.
