I already made a comment on a post (which itself was a repost) on the Uservoice page, but I don't think it will get much attention, so I'm going to link it here:

Make it possible also to browse cards in preview format
(https://mnemosyne.uservoice.com/forums/164265-general/suggestions/6141119-make-it-possible-also-to-browse-cards-in-preview-f)

It's a really simple idea, IMO and I don't think it should be too difficult to implement (adding such tags to the list of hidden HTML tags? something like that; I don't really know the inners of Mnemosyne).

Thank you for your constant effort on this amazing tool. Please read it and consider it.

Hi,

Implementing this is certainly possible, but I'm worried a bit about the speed impact on the card browser. Right now, all of this is handled natively in C++ by Qt, but if I want to customise things, I need to implement this in Python, which could affect performance.

I could run some tests to measure the impact. (BTW, you can follow Mnemosyne on social media to keep an eye on development).

Cheers,

Peter

Thank you! I definitely didn't think about the performance impact, but, if anything, the feature could be toggle-able as an advanced option, maybe.

Also, nice other social networks have been added (Twitter, specifically).
