Hi,
Please try uninstalling and reinstalling. Make sure you have the latest version. You don’t need to run Mnemosyne as an administrator.
If you still have problems, can you let me know if it worked at some point in the past, or if you’re a completely new user?

I don't really know how your group's discussion works so I'm sorry if I'm doing it the wrong way but I'm a new user and I have exactly the same problem ...
I first started the program and it worked but then my computer turned off because the battery was dead. Since then, the program won't work and I tried to uninstall it and to reinstall it about twenty times, I even turned my computer off again but nothing seems to work ...
If you have any solution so I can study with your program, I'll be glad.

Make sure you are running the latest Mnemosyne version.
What exactly is the message you get when you try to open the program. Can you post a screen shot?

As per the dialogs, are you using a USB drive and did you look at the webpage it mentioned?
