problem with sync

Hello,
I have a Dell desktop and a tablet samsumg with android . I'm trying to synchronize the machines, but I can not . When I synchronize, appears on the desktop a window saying that the synchronization is being made. Then the tablet appears that synchronization was completed . However, the cards do not appear on the tablet. In tablet, i Choose the menu option "Star card " and the cards do not appear. I choose the menu option "(DE)active card" and there is no information , only an asterisk. On the desktop cards disappear and have to re-open the last backup. 
Could anyone help me ? What could be wrong? Thank you, Renata

Hi,

 

Make sure the name of your database is ‘default.db’ on your desktop, and wait until you get a ‘sync finished’ dialog box on your tablet.

Hi,
The file name with the cards should be default.db ? I renamed the file with that name , but  not sync yet. 
The file is in C: \ Users \ Renata \ AppData \ Roaming \ Mnemosyne \ backups

Hi,

 

Just open Mnemosyne on your desktop as you regularly do, and make sure you have the file you want to use. Use ‘save as’ to save this database as C: \ Users \ Renata \ AppData \ Roaming \ Mnemosyne\default.db (this will overwrite any content you have there, so be make sure you no longer need that file).

 

Then, on your phone, delete \sdcard\Mnemosyne and sync again.
