Hi,
I couldn't find a screen shot, but make sure you are using the latest
version 2.2.1.
The option is called 'tab-separated text files'.

Hi,
You should have gotten a mail from me, so that you can mail me that file
privately.
Make sure you save your file as UTF-8 and not as UTF-16 (Mac standard)
though.
