The results probably aren't a surprise to most people, but the use of
ordinal logistic regression rather than regular Gaussians might be
interesting.

What effect will doing the reps after a good workout have vs sitting still?

I dunno. The closest I come to a good workout is the 2-mile walk I
mention. I tried to do that on days I didn't use the treadmill, to
reduce variability by getting in more exercise on those days and
equalizing exertion somewhat, but I didn't explicitly track it.
