A while back I had front-to-back cards only. I changed them to both front-to-back and back-to-front which doubled the number of cards in that "tag." Now I want to go back to front-to-back only. How do I delete the back-to-front cards but keep all the front-to-back cards?

You can either convert their card type back, or simply disable the direction you don't want to see anymore in Activate cards.

I couldn’t figure out how to do that. So, I started scoring every back-to-front card with a 5. That way they will all eventually go away.

Thank you for your help!

go to cards/browse cards
in the left bottom window choose the tag the cards are in
in the right window mark all cards with ctrl+a; if you have lots of cards in there, you need to scroll down first to 'load' the cards
right click on any card -> change card type

for gods sake please dont use your 'workaround'. makes me feel sick :D

And to explain the second option in more detail: go to Study -
Deactivate cards. There, for each of your card types, you can disable
a certain direction (window on the top left).

I find it convenient to have different card types e.g. for different
languages, that way you can change their settings individually. To
create a new card type based on an existing one, go to Cards - Manage
Card types, and then clone a card type.

Cheers,

Peter
