I had a problem of syncyng with (Sync failed, restoring from backup. The next sync will need to be a full sync") I uninstalled the version on my android smtphone but it didn't work as well. Then surfing in the community I got the suggestion to update my desktop version. So i did update to the 2.4. but now on launch it gives me another error

Uknowing encoding: IDNA
Taceback (innermost last)
with some information about files eand lines passibly wrong.

Hi,

IDNA seems to be an encoding for urls containing special characters. Does your sync server address contain non-latin characters?

Can you post a screenshot of the full error?

That's right I have non-latin characters. Wanted to send a screensht but didnt't know how on google gorup. I couldn't find the "attach" button.

This is the smartphone error screenshot whe syncing (I followed this but nothing changed : "What happens if you uninstall the android app, delete or backup /sdcard/Mnemosyne and install again?"
