Cannot register ?

Hi there,

I'm a new mnemosyne addict, and after using many great sets about Geography, I made one today about Indian States (using nice open source maps I found on Wikipedia), and thought it would be nice to share it on the site.

But I cannot register... http://mnemosyne-proj.org/user/register gives me an "Access Denied - You are not authorized to access this page."
