Hello! An unxepected error occurs after I apply a backfile to mnemosyne 2.3.1. and restart the program. I've already tried to reinstall the program and delete the config files in appdata folder. The screenshot's attached.

Sorry! I mean "a backup file" not "backfile"

Hi,

Not exactly sure how you tried to restore a backup, but something seems to have gone wrong there. Delete the config files, copy default.db and default.db_media from your backup to your Mnemosyne directory, and start the program. That should do it. Also make sure you have write permissions in that folder.

Good luck!
