Hi,

It looks like your drive crashed...

I would suggest copying your Mnemosyne folder to a different drive as soon as possible, and then opening (through file - open) either a backup Mnemosyne made itself (look in the 'backups' folder) or a backup you hopefully made yourself on a different drive.
