Changing card order

So, I took a big card list and dumped it into Mnemosyne, but I occasionally manually add cards, too. Since the list was thousands of cards, I'm nowhere close to finishing it, which means I don't get to see the cards I add manually. Is there any way to reorder the cards I've added so that I can see the ones I want earlier? (Again, all in terms of cards I've never memorized or gone through.)

If you give it a grade other than "Yet to learn" they will appear in the scheduled list the next day, and I think it will prioritized over unseen cards.

Yes, I'm aware that if I act as if I've already memorized the cards, they'll get put in the normal rotation with my other already memorized cards.

Unfortunately, that doesn't help if I want to reorder cards that are already in Mnemosyne and are still unmemorized. The only workaround I'm currently aware of would be to delete the cards from Mnemosyne and then manually re-add them one-at-a-time, marking them as already memorized (even though they're not). And that's just a pain.

Is there a text file somewhere that I could just go into and C&P or something to move the cards?

I'm afraid there is no simple way of editing the database as you need special tools to do so. Other than rating the cards "2 - you barley know it", you may give the cards you add a tag so that you can quickly switch to them after you are finished with your scheduled cards. And give the your own cards that you added a tag via the card browser. Also feel free to submit an idea to https://mnemosyne.uservoice.com/ .

You can do almost anything using TAGS; have you consider this 'hack' ?
