Can't start anymore

It used to work. It has been a while I didn't use it and now I can't get it to start again. Here is the message I get:

It seems Mnemosyne wants to reupgrade from 1.x. This normally only happens if your database is empty. To prevent the upgrade, move your 1.x folder ~/.mnemosyne to a different location.
