Moving data from Mnemosyne to MnemosynePortable

In the beginning I started using Mnemosyne, and I love the program. But now I want to convert all my data to MnemosynePortable and have it on a USB drive. My first thought was to just move the "Data" folder over, but when I look in the Program Files (x86)\Mnemosyne folder, there are 63 items in there, and there is no "Data" folder.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I cannot support it.
