When reviewing cards (or clicking back from browse cards, which makes the scheduled cards refresh), when it reaches a card with an image the question portion of the screen turns white and Mnemosyne crashes. Any idea what's causing this issue/how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi,

Which version is this? Try to upgrade to the latest version.

What is the error message displayed?

Cheers,

Peter

Thanks for the quick reply! I am using version 2.4.

Trying to attach a pic of the error message, hopefully it pops up.

Hi,

It seems the chrome webbrowser component crashed… I’m afraid there’s nothing I can do about it, except trying to upgrade to the latest library version for the next release and hoping that fixes things…

Meanwhile, you can always downgrade to 2.3.6 for the time being.

Cheers,

Peter

Thanks, I appreciate you looking into it! It seems to be working fine on my other computer so I'll use that to review cards for the time being.

I've been using the program since 2011-ish and it's been extremely helpful throughout school. Thanks for all your hard work on it!
