is it possible to measure how much time it takes to answer questions so that we can sort according to time. if it is not possible, i think it can be a useful feature,

Hi,

This info is indeed stored: see e.g. statistics - current card.

This is not a sortable field in the card browser for efficiency reasons, though. Feel free to open a feature request in uservoice if you want.
