Unknown format

Hi everyone, i'm new there and i try to learn chinese, i really want to try this software but when i import a .card from the official website the software says "unknown format", any tips ? :/

Hi,

Can you give a link to the card set you're trying to download?

Note however that these card sets are contributed by users, so if there are problems with them, we the developers cannot really fix them.
