Bug: previewing a front-to-back back-to-front

I think I found a minor bug.

When editing a front-to-back back-to-front card and converting it to close deletion. When I then click preview the old front-to-back back-to-front card appears not the new close deletion card.

1. edit front-to-back back-to-front card

2. convert it to close deletion

3. make changes

4. Click preview
