How do I delete a whole pack of cards? I started adding vocabulary-type cards, but I have found that these are in an unsuitable format so I will have to start again.

I usually go to Browse Cards (Ctrl+B), filter the cards I need to delete,
scroll down the list, Ctrl+A and then right click -> delete.
