Printing cards are not supported, so you'll need to export them to a txt and then modify it.

I have done like this before, you'll need to download and install notepad++:
  1. Export as .txt to default.db_media directory.
  2. Open the file in notepad++
  3. Select Search>Replace...
  4. Make sure Extended is selected under Search mode.
  5. Find what:\n
    Replace with:\n<hr size="4" noshade>

Then press Replace All. This will put a line between each card.
  6. Find what:\t
    Replace with:<hr size="2">

Then press Repalce All, this will put a line between the front and back of the card.
  7. Save and close.
  8. Rename the file to yourFile.htm
  9. Open in a web browser and print from there.
