1. As the title, I will begin the localization for the project.
2. Considering a translator, I suggest move the project to Transifex.com
This site now holds thousand of projects, but more interesting than the Launchpad. All the translator around the world have focused on this site, and I can say Launchpad is just an old stuff that needs removing.
Transifex supports a lot of feature for translator and also the maintainer of any kind of project.
