One feature that I would like to see is the ability to basically 'move a review card to the back of the review stack.' The idea is that I have, say 12 cards to review today, one pops up, I'd like to "pass" on it putting it to the back of the 12 to be reviewed. The reason is that some of my cards take much longer than others to review.

I combine the use of memory palace mnemonics and mnemosyne to learn. As such some cards can take several minutes for me to successfully "review" the answer to, even if I know the answer perfectly. The same is true of other cards which are not links to memory palaces but contain a significant amount of mathematical formulation or derivations. It would be a great convenience for me to be able to push the "long" cards to the end of the review session so that I could review them while making lunch or doing some other task for which my mind is relatively free.

As a concrete example, rattling off the first 200 digits of Pi might take little effort but still requires a chunk of time to do. Having the ability to move that card to the back of the review stack and move through the quicker cards first would be nice. Currently if I want to wait a couple hours to review a card I also have to wait to review all of the cards behind it.

Hi,

You can create a tag 'postponed', make it inactive, and whenever you want to postpone a card, add this tag.

If you want something more elaborate, feel free to open a feature request on uservoice, so that people can vote for it.

Cheers,

Peter
