Hi everyone,

My Mac version of Mnemosyne has stopped working after I installed the most recent version.

I keep all of my cards on a USB key along with a PC version of Mnemosyne installed so I can run it at work.

Since installing the newer version of Mnemosyne, I get the following error which is really frustrating because I make all the cards on my Mac.

An unexpected error has occurred.

Please forward the following info to the developers:

I've tried reinstalling Mnemosyne on the Mac but it just throws up the same error. The last line is referring to my USB key - I've unplugged it, renamed that directory - nothing works. The USB key has read and write access.

I'd be grateful if anyone can help

Cheers,

Katherine

Hi,

Perhaps there is something wrong with the USB key? Can you try with a different key?

If your database is default.db, try manually creating /Volumes/DR MILLER/Mnemosyne/default.db_media

Good luck!
