Apologies if this is the wrong place for this post.
I had a working version of mnemosyne (1.something, or 2.1 I think)
I tried to update to 2.3.3, and 2.3.3 works, but I cannot get it to find the old card decks.
Any and all help and advice will be most gratefully received,
best regards... Iain

Hi,

Upgrading does not remove databases, so it's just a matter of opening / importing them. If they were in a standard position before upgrade, it should have automatically imported them.

To upgrade from 1.x, do 'file-import' and pick the 1.x format and browse to the location of your database.

For upgrade from 2.x, do file - open

FYI, Mnemosyne databases are typically stored in C:\users\Iain\AppData\roaming\Mnemosyne, a hidden directory.

Hope this helps,

Peter
