March 2026 Exec Committee Meeting

Good morning, all,

I hope the new year is off to a great start for everyone. I’d like to get a few potential dates on the table for our next executive meeting, as I have some upcoming travel in late March. Please let me know which of the following dates works best by the end of the week:

• Monday, March 2nd (6:30 PM)
• Thursday, March 5th (6:30 PM)
• Monday, March 9th (6:30 PM)

Once we settle on a date, I’ll send out the Zoom link.

I’ve already received a handful of Small Grant Requests, so I’d like to discuss with the committee how we want to handle these, as we’ve seen an increase in funding requests in recent years.

If you have any additional items to discuss, feel free to reach out and we can add them to the agenda.

I am available on Monday March 6 and Monday March 9 at 6:30pm. I am not available on Thursday March 5. Sorry. Also we just got back from a month-long trip to Orange Beach and I cannot remember if I already submitted the Senior Chemist budget request. I'm so sorry for missing meetings this year.

Starting from 2025-2026 school year, I was became a Head of School so I started a new journey as a charter school leader. I was piled up with several new duties and assignments. 

Here is the update from USNCO. 

March 27th to 29th is the new testing window for the local exam. Location is Sejong Academy (2410 Stillwater Rd E, Maplewood, MN 55119)

The national exam is scheduled on April 18th. Location is the same as the local exam. Sejong Academy (2410 Stillwater Rd E, Maplewood, MN 55119)
