I wanted to thank John Jensen from Hennepin County for presenting on Records Retention Schedule Updates and their approach to Transitioning from Department to Function-Based.

John was able to record the meeting for those that missed it or would like to review again. The video is living in Stream, but the County has a 30 day retention policy on the link. John has allowed downloading of the link. If you want to access it after 30 days you might want to download it now.
