Dear All,
The ML Healthcare Research Group, active at the intersection of bioinformatics, machine learning, and medical data science, is currently conducting an interdisciplinary project focused on non-invasive prediction of gastric cancer based on omics data.

This research offers an opportunity for graduate students (M.Sc./Ph.D.), physician-scientists, academic faculty, and researchers in the fields of biology, medicine, and omics sciences to contribute their expertise in the biological and clinical interpretation of the findings. Qualified collaborators will be acknowledged as co-authors on the resulting publication.

We are currently seeking collaboration with experts in one or more of the following fields:

Molecular or systems biology
Bioinformatics with a focus on omics data analysis (especially metabolomics)

Medicine (preferably oncology or gastroenterology)

Pharmacy or clinical biochemistry with experience in omics-based research

If you are interested in joining this project, please send your request via our website.
