Some usability improvements

When I first imported a csv, it failed at the middle for unknown reasons, when I tried again it passed. But now I have some duplicates, I have to delete them one-by-one, and 3-4 clicks for each one, which sucks.

I'm expecting if we can have a function to removed duplicates, or provider a multi-select and delete option.

And, can we have a "select all" in the "edit team secrets" page? individual selecting is a pain.
