Error on exit command

Hi,

I'm getting the below error on exit command, please help to reslove.

containernet> exit

*** Removing NAT rules of 0 SAPs

*** Stopping 0 controllers

*** Stopping 5 links
.....
*** Stopping 3 switches
s1 ap1 .ap2 .
*** Stopping 2 hosts/stations
h1 sta1
*** Removing WiFi module and Configurations
*** Killing mac80211_hwsim

*** Done
Error in atexit._run_exitfuncs:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/lib/python3.8/tkinter/__init__.py", line 842, in after_cancel
    data = self.tk.call('after', 'info', id)
RuntimeError: main thread is not in main loop
