Can't open a MindMup created back in 2017

Hello!

We have created a Mindmup two years ago and now I can't open it. I tried different ways described in the discussion group but that didn't work, so I tried the following:

1. to install MindMap2 for Google Drive and tried to open my old MindMup with it, but it didn't work as it gives the option to open it with MindMup Legacy only.

2. I tried to open my file with MindMup Legacy but it didn't open, I could just download the map what I did and saved in .mup format on my computer. Then, I created a new MindMup 2 file and tried to import/upload the my saved MindMup. It didn;t work either.

Please let me know how to get the info I had on my old MindMup.

When you upload a file with a .mup extension to Google Drive and right-click on it, it should offer to open it with MindMup 2 (just make sure the app is installed in your Google Drive). You should also be able to just create a new map, then use File->Import from the mindmup app and upload it, as long as it's a .mup file and contains the contents of a mind map. 

If this isn't working for you, and you have a Gold account, send an e-mail to gold-s...@mindmup.com and someone from priority support will import the file for you and share it back with you on Drive.
