Map Army cannot load layers nor symbols

Dear team,

I use your excellent application to teach planning to some officer cadets.

However, as per the two last weeks something odd is happening whenever I try to load layers or plot symbols on the map: an error message appears stating that there is a "http failure response for https://www.sybol.army..." (see pic).

Is there anything I can do about this?

Application 3.1.1 build 2997
MSS Service: 2.4

MilX Service: 1.0

MSS Library: MSS-2021-01

MSS Components: 3.0.1

Thank you for reporting the issue. We are currently trying to reproduce the error.

Meanwhile please try the following in your browser.

Test 1:

1. Open Chrome browser and go to https://www.map.army

2. Once the site is fully loaded press 'Ctrl+F5' to force a full reload.

Test 2:

1. Open Chrome browser and go to https://www.map.army

2. Wait until the web page is fully loaded and press 'F12' to open the Developer Tools

3. Go to 'Application'

4. Select 'Service Workers'

5. Press 'Unregister' for the Service Worker of www.map.army

6. Press 'Ctrl+F5' to force a full reload

Please let us know if 'Test 1' or 'Test 2' resolved the issue.

tried both your suggestions, no joy

same error

Meanwhile I also tried to access https://symbol.army and got an error message on chrome telling me that there is a problem with the security certificate

Translation: windows does not have sufficient information to verify this certificate
