Chester Fair Brews

Hey everyone!

Looking to gauge interest in who wants to brew beer for the Chester Fair. The date this year is June 3rd. If you are interested, could you reply with what you want to bring and how much? Looking to make sure we don't bring 12 IPAs...

I will be bringing a hoppy Weizenbock, similar to Schneider Weiss Tap 5.

I am definitely interested in joining the Chester Fair crew this year. I want to brew a saison for this event. I do have the Malters banner I my possession to bring.

Alright, got a few responses. Right now we have the following:

Mark - Weizenbock

Shawn - Saison

Tom - Cider and Seltzer (confirm how many)

Bill - Porter

Good line up so far, but we could always do more! 

Also need to think about serving equipment. Anyone have access to jockey boxes? I would have a CO2 tank and regulator.

Confirmed one cider and one seltzer as of now. If a miracle happens and I manage to get a chance to have a full brew day, I'll try to make something else. As of now, I'll 100% confirm the cider and seltzer.

I am hoping to be there (depending on my Daughter’s birthday plans). 

 I have a few things I can bring:

Roggenbeir, Rye IPA, 60 Schilling Scottish.  

But no overlaps.  Anyone being an IPA?
