If you haven't been over to Starker Arts Pond, there's been 5 beavers very active in the lower part of the natural area.  They can be seen about 7:15p or later.  And in the mornings too.  In the mornings they seem to wrap things up by 7:15 or 7:30.

They're super cute.

The city is supposed to be putting in a pond leveler on the dam out by the street.  The beavers have raised it up and it's been flooding the parking lot.  The city's solution so far has been to just break the dam multiple times a week.  I'm kind of worried that they'll see the beavers as a nuisance and trap and remove them instead of figuring out ways to keep them in the park.
