Takin a break

Hey All,

I'll be taking a break from ultimate and didn't want to just leave everyone hanging.

Basically what's happening is my kidneys aren't working quite right and intensive exercise isn't the best thing right now. Also beer, seafood etc etc. It's been ruled out that it's anything drastic or immediate but, also don't have any cause or cure so, need to take it easy, make some lifestyle changes, and see if I can get back on track.

I've loved playing ultimate since I started in 1982 at the University of Maryland and since then with WAFC, Westbard, Ray's, and Rockville. Don't know if I'll be back or not, but will always have the memories and friendship of all of you. Keep on keepin on!

Definitely come hang out.  We’ll grab a b…e….gatorade and reminisce about our days at MD.  The Rockville game definitely needs an upgrade with the heckling.

Thanks, everyone, for all the well wishes! It really means a lot to me. And then, of course, there's Russell, who didn't just wish me well, he actually ORDERED me to get well. So, guess I have to now!

Maybe I will come out just to see folks and heckle some. But probably not in this weather ;-) Take care everyone. Health is precious!
