MicroProfile Steering Committee Scheduled for January 12th

At yesterday's Live Hangout, we discussed when to host the steering committee meeting. The MPWG charter states that the Steering Committee must meet at least quarterly, so the first 2021 meeting will be on January 12th at the same time we normally host the Live Hangout. Additional meetings have been added to the MicroProfile calendar on the 2nd Tuesday of each quarter.

The currently planned agenda is here, which is just to close out AI's from our last meeting. We did briefly discuss adding the MicroProfile budget to the agenda. Please do not modify the agenda doc directly. Add any additional items that we may need to discuss to this thread. Based on this discussion, the agenda can be updated.

Reviving the Dec 16th Steering committee thread on January 12th steering call hour, which invites any MicroProfiler contributor &/or user to join the call or watch later it's recording on the MP youtube channel that will be MP twitted. 💛 

-- If I remember correctly, John and Summers currently co-lead facilitating this and similar steering minutes announcements, etc. Thank you for owning a thankless task!

IIRC I just sent an email asking if anyone wanted to volunteer to co-lead. I don't think that thread ever got picked up.

Hey Summers, 

The co-lead doesn't get picked. She/he is a steering cmtee volunteer member stepping into owning the task with John. 

So long ago, I cannot find the thread. Therefore, allow me to ask you a question, do you feel like owning the co-lead task?

Edwin and I met yesterday to chat since he took an AI on working on the roadmap. We worked on the community voice doc (linked in agenda).
