Issue tracker for microprofile.io site and how to contribute?

Hi,

I wonder what I should do if I want to suggest new content for microprofile.io? Where to raise issues or even contribute to the page?

I'd like to add some basic information for users (developers) that is either difficult to access or completely hidden:

For each MP version

* add links to included specifications (to their github release page, such as https://github.com/eclipse/microprofile-config/releases/tag/1.3)

* add link to the spec in HTML form (such as http://download.eclipse.org/microprofile/microprofile-config-1.2/microprofile-config-spec.html)

* add link to Javadocs, such as http://download.eclipse.org/microprofile/microprofile-config-1.2/apidocs/?d

It would also be awesome if we could automate updating the front page when we release a new MP version. The current page still shows MP 1.3 while MP 1.4 and 2.0 were released 2 weeks ago.

I requested access. You can also add me to MP slack, it would help to get things done.

I think that Debbie is already a technical MP.io admin on behalf of Payara. I won't have much time for the admin tasks, I'll work with Debbie and other admins to get my updates on the site. If I find out that being admin helps me contribute more effectively, I'll ask for it.

Debbie is the marketing admin for MP.io on behalf of Payara. Technical review of blogs is listed as 1 of the core admin tasks [per admin ownership based on availability, as stated on written skeleton] 

Please help us use working document via writing to clarify/make better the parts that were likely missed while establishing what it means to be an admin. :)
