Low income Senior subsidized housing

Hello,

Does anyone have or know how to get a list of senior subsidized housing in Wayne county (out side of Detroit) specifically Melvindale, Allen Park or Wyandotte. I havea veteran that was referred to me by the VA in Detroit, his monthly income is $1200 per month. Having a hard time finding options or even waiting list.
